Renae Browley has been selling Twin Cities real estate since 2014. She earned her broker license in 2017 and ran a small investment brokerage as its Managing Broker. In 2018 she stepped out of that seat to build her own business as an Associate Broker with eXp Realty. She spent years there as a Certified Mentor. Mentoring is where this company actually began. The women she poured into then are the women she leads now, and in 2023 they became The Black Dove Group. The team has since moved its licenses to National Realty Guild as it continues to grow. What she loves, underneath all of it, is serving others, especially the ones who have placed their trust in her leadership.

Every conversation starts with sold comps, because that is the only number a buyer’s appraiser will care about later. An offer you cannot appraise is not an offer, it is a delay with a signature on it. Unless it’s cash. She would rather tell you the truth in your living room than deliver bad news at the closing table, and in her experience sellers handle honesty just fine. What they cannot handle is a surprise.

She works the other side of the table just as carefully. A transaction has two agents in it, and she has never believed hers is the only one that matters. Her job is to make the whole thing close cleanly, which is why agents on the opposite side of her deals tend to say the same thing afterward: they would gladly do it again. That is not a soft skill. That is what gets your offer taken seriously when three others are on the table.

Years as a disposition agent for investors who buy and rehab for a living taught her the hard side of the numbers. When your client treats houses as a business, you learn to price without emotion and move without drama. It made her better at the tender side of this work, not worse. Her sellers get the discipline of an investor’s math wrapped in the patience a family move deserves.

Almost every client she has served came from someone who sent them. She has never bought a lead, and she built this team the same way she builds everything, one kept promise at a time.
