Black Dove Group is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people who navigate the web with a screen reader, a keyboard, magnification, or other assistive technology. A home search should not be harder for anyone than it has to be.

The standard we build to

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. That standard is also the benchmark used under the Americans with Disabilities Act for public-facing websites.

What we have done

• Color contrast. Text and interactive elements were checked against their backgrounds to meet contrast minimums, not chosen by eye.
• Keyboard navigation. Every link, button, form field, and photo gallery can be reached and operated without a mouse, and focus is visibly indicated.
• Descriptive alternative text. Photographs carry meaningful descriptions rather than filenames.
• Semantic structure. Headings, landmarks, lists, and form labels are marked up so assistive technology can announce the page correctly.
• Reduced motion. If your device requests reduced motion, animations and the photo sequence stop automatically.
• Responsive layout. The site reflows to a single column on small screens and at high zoom without horizontal scrolling.

Known limitations

Some property photography is supplied by third-party photographers and listing services, and image descriptions for those files may be less detailed than we would like. We are working to improve this as listings are added.
