About Juliet
Juliet Sphatt is a registered nurse, Licensed Assisted Living Director, and founder of Wholesome Senior Living, a five-resident assisted living home in Crystal that she founded with her husband, Jacob.
After more than a decade in healthcare and several hands-on caregiving and nursing roles, Juliet saw a need for something different: a smaller setting where residents could receive individualized care while truly being known.
Wholesome Senior Living was created to help fill that gap. The home serves adults 55+ through Minnesota waiver programs and private pay, with a focus on residents who need one-person assistance and mental health support. As Wholesome grows, the goal remains the same: small homes, strong teams, and personalized care built around the individual.
Juliet brings that same problem-solving mindset to Black Dove Group. Whether a family is navigating senior living, a home, a move, or simply figuring out what comes next, the group helps connect the dots between people, resources, and solutions.
Away from work
Outside of work, Juliet loves being outside in the sunshine, traveling, finding great sushi, and spending quality time with the people she loves.
