Downsizing isn’t a real estate problem. It’s a life change, and Angie treats it like one.
About Angie
Angie Tovsen has the biggest heart in the room, and she built her business around the people who need it most. The hardest part of a move is rarely the house. It’s the forty years of life inside it. So when a parent is ready for something smaller, a family is weighing assisted living, or a home hasn’t been touched in decades and the seller doesn’t have a year to fix it up, Angie is the one you want to call.
She holds a Senior Transition Specialist Certification from Mom’s House, and she helps with the whole move, not just the sale. She helps find what comes next, whether that’s a smaller home, a townhome where someone else shovels the snow, or the right assisted living community. She won’t hand you a list of names and wish you luck. She walks your family through choosing the right movers, estate sale company, cleanout crew, and contractors for your situation, so every part of the move is in good hands. When selling the house as it stands is the kinder answer, she sells it as it stands. And when a client’s pet couldn’t come along, she has found it a new home, because nobody should lose their best friend in a move.
She brings that same care to first time buyers, sellers, and investors across the seven county metro. Every client she has served so far came to her by referral. That isn’t a marketing line. It’s what happens when people feel taken care of. As Black Dove Group’s Operations Manager, she’s also the reason the details you never see are already handled.

Away from the closing table
Angie’s faith is the center of her life, and her husband and family mean the world to her. At home in Ham Lake, it’s Abby the dog and four chickens named Brownie, Fluffy, Gladys, and Sweet Pea. She’d take a hobby farm with a donkey, a pig, and a few goats in a heartbeat, and anyone who has watched her pull over for an animal in need knows she isn’t joking. She loves being outdoors, hates the cold, and is a snowbird just waiting for her chance.
